is the list of goods you ordered before:

I have checked with Mr. Ackerman, our Production Manager, and I would
like to confirm you that the white radiators and shower taps have been already
sent to you. They will arrive approximately at the end of the week on 12th
February.
For the bathroom cabinets, they
will be sent tomorrow. It will take approximately 2 weeks to arrive on 9th
February. Meanwhile for the towel rails, they will be sent next week. It will
take approximately 3 weeks to arrive on 2nd March.
However, I would like to apologize
for not providing any stock of the glass shower cabinets and the oval mirrors
due to certain reasons and conditions. Our company would work out on this
matter as soon as possible, so you could decide the deal with the orders later.
