Dear Ms. Ziana,
Thank you for writing us a letter due to your inconvenience of the facility provided.
We regret the trouble that you have related to the bad internet connection in GK 1 building. As the head of Sub Section of General Affairs, Personnel Management, and Facilities, I fully understand your frustration as our section has experienced the same matter as the one you have mentioned before. Unfortunately, the matter related to your personal internet usage is beyond our control. We recommend you to try contacting the internet service provider that you are currently using and ask them for any solution of your problem.
Moreover, we would like to apologize that we could not do anything regarding to the poor Wi-fi connection since there is not any particular policy in our field which is obligated us to deal with the mentioned problem. By reason of it, we will pass your letter on to UPT. Pusat Komputer UNY for the better solution.
We learned that in this moment our section could not give the best solution for your problem. However we would make sure to take the matter on for your convenience. We are looking forward to seeing you again and trust that the problem you are facing could be resolved soon.
